BemBom Cachaça is from Brazil, where Cachaça is the most popular spirit in the country and often referred to as Brazilian Rum.
Distilled from fermented sugar cane juice, BemBom is then aged for a year in American oak casks.

Simply mix it over ice with cola (BemBomBeat), or cassis and fresh lime (BemBomBeirinho) or energy drink (BemBomBoom).

Mix a summer Caipirinha

Ingredients

2 limes – chopped into wedges

3 large spoons of golden caster sugar

100ml cachaça

Crushed ice

Method

Step 1

Keeping two wedges aside for garnish, muddle the rest of the lime wedges in a jug with the caster sugar to release as much lime juice as possible. Mix thoroughly with the sugar to create a lime & syrup mix. Remove the lime peel.

Step 2

Fill two tumblers with the lime and sugar syrup mix. Add 50ml of BemBom cachaça then top with the crushed ice. Serve garnished with lime wedges.
