The Isle of Bute Gorse Gin is made with hand-picked gorse from the island, and a mix of other botanicals carefully selected from around the globe.
These give this gin a delicate coconut and vanilla aroma, backed up with a distinct pine and juniper flavour.
Add a slice of lemon and a dash of Franklin & Sons tonic to create a refreshing G&T – perfect for a summer day.

Description

The Isle of Bute distillery is inspired by the island off the west coast of Scotland.

This Small Batch Gin showcases the gorse flower. In abundance on Bute, it also covers vast tracts of wild Scotland with its bright recognisable yellow flowers.
Here, gorse was hand-picked from the Island and alongside the other botanicals, imparts coconut and vanilla notes to the gin.
Fresh blackberries make an ideal garnish for this fragrant gin with Franklin & Sons tonic.
